Maxwell Keller

Maxwell Keller is Co-Founder & Director of Business Operations at Strategic Employment Advisors. He helped found the firm and runs the operating side of it, so Tamara Keller, Esq. can focus on clients.

He built and manages the systems the firm runs on: the website, the CRM, how new inquiries are received and followed up, client onboarding and scheduling, and the internal processes, documents and automation behind them. He also coordinates the firm’s marketing and works with Tamara to turn priorities into clear processes and accountable next steps.

Maxwell is a San Diego-based business operator and technology builder. He is also Chief Operating Officer at San Diego Jewelry Buyers and Director of Property Management for two residential portfolios, and he graduated as valedictorian of Patrick Henry High School in San Diego in 2026.
