The compliance checks and the library
The industry compliance checks are a prompt for thought, not an audit. They do not tell you whether you comply with anything. A result showing nothing flagged is not a clean bill of health, and a result showing several flags is not a finding that anything is wrong.
The resource library describes obligations in general terms. Whether one applies to you depends on facts the library does not know.
Who this site is for
Employers. The firm acts for employers and does not represent individual employees in disputes with their employers. If you are an employee looking for help, this is not the right firm, and you should speak to counsel who acts for employees.
