What the program is
Inquiry and appointment follow-up is separate from optional marketing.
- Messages about your inquiry and related appointments: confirming a call, sending a reminder, or following up on something you asked. You request these when you submit a website form with your phone number and the contact notice shown beside the submit button.
- Occasional marketing: a note when an obligation changes that affects employers of your size. You receive these only if you select the separate, optional marketing checkbox.
How you join
Submit a form on this website with your phone number to request inquiry and appointment follow-up by email, phone or text, including automated confirmations, reminders and follow-ups. There is no separate checkbox for that response. The firm records the contact notice you saw, the page, and the time of submission.
Marketing requires selecting the separate checkbox. It is optional, unchecked by default and never a condition of submitting an inquiry, making a purchase or receiving service. Submitting another form does not clear an existing text opt-out.
How often you will hear from us
Message frequency varies. Messages about an inquiry follow the pace of that inquiry. Marketing messages are occasional, and the firm would rather send one worth reading than several that are not.
What it costs
The firm charges nothing for messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your own plan with your mobile carrier.
How to stop
Reply STOP to stop further text messages from SEA. Reply START to request texts again.

Carriers
Supported on the major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, so nothing time-critical should depend on a text arriving.
Your privacy
No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, excluding aggregators and the providers that deliver the messages. The privacy policy sets out the rest.
