The short version
The chat widget is operated by GoHighLevel, and Microsoft Clarity measures how pages are used. Clarity is set to mask text, so the words on the page and anything you type are hidden in your browser before anything is sent. GoHighLevel also handles appointment booking and receives inquiry details submitted here. There is no advertising pixel, no tag manager and no ad network, and fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font network.
Everything you deliberately send reaches Tamara Keller and the systems used to run the practice, and nobody else. None of it is sold.
What is collected
When you submit the contact form or finish an industry compliance check, the form sends the details you entered.
- Your name, email address, and phone number if you provide one.
- Your company, its approximate employee count, your role, and where your people work.
- What prompted you to get in touch, in your own words.
- For a compliance check, the short topic labels you flagged (for example “Tip pool composition”), not your individual answers and nothing you typed.
- Your request for inquiry and appointment follow-up, whether you separately chose marketing, the exact wording you were shown, the page you were on, the time, and the network address the submission came from. That record exists to document your request and honor your preferences.
What is deliberately not collected
Please do not send confidential information, the names of employees, or the facts of a live matter through this website. Contacting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information sent before an engagement is confirmed in writing may not be protected the way it would be afterward.
The forms are built for this. They ask what prompted you to get in touch in general terms, and they do not ask for the facts of a matter. Matter information belongs in the firm's own practice systems, after an engagement is agreed.
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, excluding aggregators and the providers that deliver the messages themselves.
Submitting a website form with your phone number requests follow-up about your inquiry and related appointments, as explained beside the submit button. Marketing is a separate, optional choice and is not required to submit an inquiry, make a purchase or receive service. Reply STOP to stop texts. Submitting another form does not clear an existing text opt-out.
Why it is collected
To answer you, to work out whether the firm can help, to run a conflicts check before any engagement, to schedule a call, and to send the messages you agreed to receive. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not used for anything you did not ask for.
Who it reaches
Tamara Keller, and the service providers used to operate the practice. Each one processes the information on the firm's instructions and for no purpose of its own.
- Vercel, which hosts this website and serves its pages.
- GoHighLevel and its messaging provider, which hold the client relationship records and deliver email and text messages.
- Google Workspace, which carries the firm's email.
- A database used only as a backup, so that a submission is never lost if the systems above are unreachable.
What is never done with it
Your information is not sold. It is not rented. It is not shared with anyone for their own marketing, or traded for anything of value. There is no advertising network in this site and no data broker receives anything from it.
How long it is kept
Inquiries that do not become engagements are kept while there is a reason to keep them, and then deleted. Records connected to an engagement are kept for as long as the professional rules and the firm's insurers require, which is longer.
Consent records are kept for at least as long as the firm may need to show that a message was authorized.
Do Not Track, and tracking generally
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no industry standard for honoring it, and this site does not respond to it. What it does instead is limit what is collected at all. Microsoft Clarity records where you click, how far you scroll and how the mouse moves, so the firm can see which parts of a page confuse people. It is configured to mask text, which means the content of what you read and anything you type is hidden in your browser and never transmitted. The compliance checks are masked in full, so your answers to them cannot be replayed or read by anyone.
No third party running code here collects information about your activity on other websites. Clarity can tell a returning visitor apart from a new one, using an identifier stored by your browser that is not connected to your name. GoHighLevel sets a cookie on its own domain for its chat widget. SEA does not use these analytics for advertising or sell them.
Your rights in California
California residents may ask what personal information the firm holds about them, ask for a copy, ask that it be corrected, and ask that it be deleted. You may also ask that it not be sold or shared, though as above, it is not sold or shared in the first place.
You will never be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, write to the address at the end of this page. The firm will verify who you are before acting, because the alternative is handing your information to somebody else.
Security
Submissions travel encrypted. Access to the systems that hold them is limited to those who need it and protected by multi-factor authentication. No system is perfect, which is the reason this page asks you not to send the facts of a matter through a web form.
Children
This site is for employers and is not directed to children. The firm does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the practice or the law changes. The date at the top is the date of the current version. Material changes will be reflected there.
